We are not liable for indirect losses such as accommodation costs, lost wages, or travel delays. Insurance cover, costs, and risks are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. By purchasing a package, you agree to release and indemnify PRJ Towing & Recovery from all related claims, damages, or expenses.

Refunds & Changes

Package fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Date changes may be allowed if 3 weeks’ notice is provided and subject to availability.

Package Validity

Packages are valid for 14 days from the agreed start date.

New cover must be purchased if additional time is required.
